I really wanted to like this pen. It looks good, but the grip just doesn’t work for me.
After a few minutes, the texture feels sharp and digs into my fingers. It’s also heavier than I expected, so longer writing gets annoying fast. Fine for some, not for my daily use.

I really wanted to like Tactile Turn, but for me the design just doesn’t do it. In the photos, the pens look kind of plain and a little bulky, more like something you’d find in a tool drawer than a nice pen for a desk. The grooves and the metal finish, to me, feel a bit overdone also. I get that some people like that industrial look, but it comes off cold and boring to me. For the price, I was expecting something nicer looking, I guess. Just not my taste, unfortunately.

I ordered a specific Tactile Turn pen and ended up getting a different finish than the one I picked. The weird part is the packing slip had the correct one listed, so I have no idea how it still got mixed up. Support did get back to me, but it felt slow and I had to send pictures and explain the issue more than once. The pen itself seems fine, but when you’re paying this much, you expect the order to be right the first time. Kinda feels like their process works when it wants, which is disappointing.

The finish felt kind of rough and chalky in my hand instead of smooth or comfortable. After holding it for a few minutes, it started to get annoying. For the price, I expected it to feel a bit nicer, so I ended up not using it much.

I regret buying this because figuring out which refill actually fits turned into way more of a headache than I expected. It just wasn’t worth the hassle for me

The box showed up crushed, which was disappointing. I was expecting it to arrive in better condition.

I had an issue with my order and tried reaching out to Tactile Turn, but it was frustrating. I emailed them and waited several days before getting any real response. When they finally did reply, it felt kind of rushed and didn’t actually answer my question, so I had to keep following up and repeating myself. Not saying it’s a scam, but the whole support experience made me feel uneasy. Maybe the pens themselves are great, but the customer service really didn’t leave a good impression on me.

It looked really nice when I first got it, and I was happy with it at first. But after just a few months, the bolt started getting loose and the finish began wearing off in a weird way. For the price, I really thought it would hold up better, like way better. I reached out to customer support too, but they weren’t much help. Disappointing overall

I contacted warranty support for a repair, but it didn’t really get me anywhere. They were supposed to help fix the issue, but as far as I can tell, nothing has actually been resolved yet. I’m sure I followed the process correctly, so it’s frustrating to still be dealing with the same problem

It ended up being too large and didn’t fit my model the way it was supposed to. I was disappointed, especially since I expected it to be compatible. I also never got any follow-up after reaching out, which made the whole experience more frustrating.
